Facility

From 1996 to 2000, Jomar operated it’s small business out of a small leased 2,800 sq. ft. facility. It didn’t take long to determine that we couldn’t service our customers in the manner that we would like to. Our business grew quite rapidly and after a few years, our needs for more room was evident. In 2000, Jomar purchased 1 acre of land in a small industrial park strategically located in South Orlando. We are near the Orlando International Airport, close to downtown Orlando, and near the Florida Turnpike, 528 Beach Line, and I-4. We determined that this parcel of land would be the ideal location to build our 10,000 sq. foot facility to house our fabrication shop. It included 1600 sq. ft. of office space and 8400 sq. ft. of shop floor space. We ended up with a state of the art building that furnished us with plenty of power, ample space, and a great location.
